Howdy! Been quite a while since I last hit the stage.... Let's say the wait is almost over.
The following shows have been scheduled on October 31th, November 2nd, 14th, and December 5th, respectively:
Gig 1 @ Nanhai Gallery, Taipei ---- 20:00 Friday. Entry fee: NT$ 100. Click here for the bilingual map near the venue. I will do seven original songs, including four previously unreleased numbers, plus four covers, including Dido's 1999 hit Here with Me.
Gig 2 @ Tong-Hsiao Beach Resort, Miaoli ---- 14:30 Sunday. 2-day ticket: NT$ 500. Tickets available at ERA Tickets (年代售票) outlets. Or refer this webpage to a local friend and have him/her do the booking. Once you enter the site of the music festival (愛愛帳篷音樂節), find the "Promenade of Love" (愛的大道) leading to the beach and, if the time is right, you will see me singing & playing geektar on the farthest stage (sponsored by Chunghwa Telecom's mCool services) alongside the promenade. Gig 3 @ Tamshui Zoo Arts Salon, Taipei ---- 19:00 Friday. Entry fee: NT$ 100. Most Tamkang students and alumni know where the Zoo is. If you know any of them, you're in luck. If you don't, this map will take you from the nearest MRT station in Danshui to the exact location. I will be the opening act for four terrific bands of diverse flavors, from urban folk to grindcore and everything in between.
Gig 4 @ Luguo Cafe, Taipei ---- 21:00 Friday. Free entry! This lovely coffee shop is about 100 yards away from the Exit 1 of the MRT station in Guandu. Just turn right and walk up to the bus stop after leaving the station. It's on the right side of the alley directly ahead.
